COLOUR
The wine shows a bright and pale salmon colour. The bubbles are fine.

BOUQUET
The wine has a 1st nose of red fruits (strawberry) aromas. Its 2nd nose is more characterized by little red fruits (wild berry).

PALATE
To the palate, many charming flavours of red fruits (cherry) can be perceived. The mouth is winey and refined, the bubbles are fine. It’s a full-bodied wine, and assurely a beautiful vintage.

FOOD PAIRING & SERVICE
This sparkling wine has to be served with refined fishes, pork meat, or poultry, especially if it has been cooked in a citrus fruit or coconut sauce. You can enjoy it too with a red fruit and softly creamy dessert (strawberry pie, red fruit tiramisu), or with almond and pistachio pastries.
