The wine shows a bright and intense ruby; very dark colour.

BOUQUET
Intense nose of ripe black fruits (blackberry, black cherry, blackcurrant) aromas and slight roasting notes, kirsch.

PALATE
Flavours of ripe black fruits (blackberry, black cherry, blackcurrant), roasting notes. Refined acidity, tannins are softly astringent. Slight bitterness can be felt at mid-palate, long finish.

FOOD PAIRING & SERVICE
It’s a wine for gastronomic meals, enjoy it with game (hare, venison, wild boar) and serve it at 14°C-16°C. Potential for ageing: 8 to 10 years.
