60 % Chardonnay, 40 % Chenin.

COLOUR
This wine has a very bright and pale yellow colour with shades of green.

BOUQUET
The wine offers aromas of white fruits, lime, white blossom.

PALATE
To the palate, this wine has a refined and dynamic acidity, a good freshness, and a great coherence with the bouquet. So easy to drink that it seems to call for another glass every time (!)

FOOD PAIRING & SERVICE
This wine must be ideally served at the aperitif, paired with seafood, a cold fish terrine. Enjoy it refreshed (7°C-10°C).
