COLOUR
It has a very clear, bright, and pale pink colour.

BOUQUET
The wine has a very nice and soft nose of white peach and Arlequin Candy Lutti. Very charming.

PALATE
Acidity and sugar are refined to the palate, very expressive flavours in mouth (and coherent with the bouquet), a few notes of strawberry candy can be perceived too. Very good balance between acidity and sugar.

FOOD PAIRING & SERVICE
This wine can be served as an aperitif, with tenpuras of vegetables or shrimps, sushis with a sweet and sour sauce, or a fruit pie (strawberry pie, apple pie). Enjoy it fresh (8°C-10°C).
