L’Éventail – AOP Rosé de Loire
80 % Gamay, 20 % Grolleau Noir.
This wine shows a bright and pale pink / clear salmon colour.
The wine has a creamy 1st nose (peach yogurt) and a 2nd nose more characterized by Haribo Candy (banana) and Kréma candy. The bouquet is charming and surprising.
The palate is coherent with the bouquet, the acidity is refined. Slight creaminess of peach yogurt, fruity mouth. It’s a rosé surprisingly not so dry.
FOOD PAIRING & SERVICE
Enjoy it refreshed (8°C-10°C) along a cold fish terrine, with marinated salmon, sushis (Samon, Maguro, Saba), tenpuras (vegetables, shrimps) or a guacamole soft in spice. Very pleasant to drink too with a tartare of strawberries.
